I had the pleasure of having Nick Derksen as my realtor in the fall of 2014. I was going through a very difficult life change at the time and Nick was my saving grace in the house shopping business. He was friendly, genuine, easy to get a hold of. I had multiple questions all the time it seemed and Nick was always willing to help out. He also is a local builder so I appreciated his insight into that part of the house hunting process.
