Nick Derksen - PREC*
Nick Derksen is a Century 21 Creekside Realtor who has leveraged both his experience and personal strengths to affect change both locally and globally within the world of real estate, whether that involves his expertise in land development, new home construction or investment properties.
His experience began very hands-on within the construction world in 1996, which has provided him with a very wholistic view of the industry and contributed to a diverse and all-encompassing skill set that ranges from custom finishing carpentry, framing, and project management.
He began his personal real estate portfolio about 6 years ago and is proud to sit on the Real Estate Investment Network (REIN) board - which focuses on strategies for successfully investing in real estate to its more than 3600+ members.
Nick began his career as a Realtor in 2014 as it was the perfect compliment to his existing business and with his experience and his natural giftings it was a instant fit - a fit which can be easily seen as last year he was within the top 25% of successful Realtors within Chilliwack.
He is very happily married to his beautiful wife Courtney and they have 3 very active little boys: Micah, Wyatt and Weston.
